Our company was awarded the contract of the construction of the first medical cannabis production unit in Greece, of the international leader of the field, Tikun Olam.
We were also assigned to design the facades of all the buildings and to undertake the structural analysis.
The project consists of:
– Production unit of c. 5.500 m2
– Offices building 500 m2
– Electromechanical building 200 m2
– Toll entrance building 80 m2
– LPG tanks
– 2.000m of concrete fence
– 20.000 m2 of green-houses
– 10.000 m2 of road works
– Landscaping of the whole plot of c. 55.000 m2
