Engineer’s Certificate – Law 4178/13
According to the new 4178/2013 Law, most of the planning
inconsistencies (i.e. a balcony that has been closed and transformed to a space of main use) and properties that have been built partly or totally without a building permit, can be declared to the authorites and be exempted from demolition for good or for 30 years, by paying a fee.
Our office, having significant urban planning and Building Law experience, undertakes the whole procedure and issues the necessary “Engineer’s Certificate” which confirms that all inconsistencies have been declared and which is MANDATORY for ANY property transaction.
